A time card in Agritek's LaborTracker: Clock In, the week's hours, and project and part labor

Agritek Industries

Labor tracking for a 130-person plant, running for over ten years

It started as a time clock. It grew, one piece at a time, into labor tracked against the work, project costing, and capacity reporting across five facilities.

The challenge

130 employees and no reliable way to track labor or find the bottleneck. Hours existed for payroll but weren't attached to the work, so nobody could say what anything actually cost.

What we built

Badge-swipe kiosk clocks, automatic 6-minute payroll rounding, shift-aware overtime, per-facility labor rules, and reporting that shows what each department actually costs.

What happened

1.2 million labor entries across five facilities over ten-plus years. It saves more than 150 hours a week of paper and data entry; nobody went home earlier, those hours went back into the work. Under the hood: 800+ automated tests and 25 encoded business rules.

Past work

Broadview Product Development

Online ordering that doubled as the quoting tool

We built Broadview's online ordering for custom 3D printed parts, with real-time pricing. Their team quoted jobs in the same tool their customers ordered through.

The challenge

Quoting was manual and slow, which made ordering a custom part harder than it needed to be, for the customer and for the team.

What we built

An ordering system where customers configured a part and got a price right away. The sales team used the same workflow for internal quotes.

What happened

The pre-sales steps ran themselves, and the team had one tool for customer orders and internal quotes.

Past work

Canvas Innovations

A paper sales process, mapped and moved online

We mapped how Canvas Innovations' sales and production actually worked, then moved it off paper.

The challenge

Sales and production ran on paper. Before anything could go digital, someone had to work out what it took to quote and build a job.

What we built

We mapped the real process into a sales funnel and built it in Pipefy. Every step from lead to production got a clear owner and clear inputs.

What happened

The team could see where every lead and job stood without asking around.
