Challenge
130 employees, no reliable way to track labor or identify process bottlenecks. Multiple facilities, complex payroll rules, and no visibility into whether individual jobs were actually profitable.
Solution
Built LaborTracker from the ground up — badge-swipe kiosk clocks, automatic 6-minute payroll rounding, shift-aware overtime calculations, per-facility labor enforcement, and financial dashboards showing true profitability by department.

An online ordering system for custom 3D printed parts that doubles as an internal quoting tool — automating pre-sales steps and reducing friction in the buying process.
Challenge
Needed a streamlined way for customers to order custom 3D printed parts with real-time pricing. The quoting process was manual and slow, creating friction for both customers and the internal team.
Solution
Built an online ordering system that lets customers configure parts and get instant pricing. The same system serves as an internal quoting tool, so the sales team uses the exact same workflow.
